On the Road with the Walkers 🚗 April 3, 2026

Today was a very eventful day as we worked hard to visit people out in the communities in Colbert County and Lauderdale County.

We were able to visit the Colbert County Courthouse and go to each office, meeting the people who make county government function. After a quick hot dog and milkshake at Sparky’s, we drove over to Florence to visit the Lauderdale County Courthouse. We were able to visit each office and talk with everyone. It was a busy day there.

We didn’t stop at the courthouse; after visiting with folks there, we went on over to Florence City Hall, where we were able to speak to everyone working and taking care of city business. We are very thankful for everyone giving us such a warm welcome and taking a few minutes out of their day to say hello.

This awesome day was wrapped up with a date night with my lovely wife in Florence.

And tomorrow, the trail continues.
