On the Road with the Walkers 🚗 March 21, 2026

Wow, what a spectacular day two at the SLE Rodeo in Montgomery, Alabama. On Saturday there were two shows, about 4,000 people at the first and 6,000 at the second. We had an amazing turnout at our booth in the vendor section. Folks came by to check out the aluminum trailer and talk with us about our U.S. Senate campaign.

We were thrilled to see so many friends throughout the day. We were also pleasantly surprised to have so much of our team attend the rodeo. Syd Caen, one of our media consultants, came all the way from Nashville, TN to hang out with us. Her sister was one of the rodeo queens. Matthew and Kendell (Townes and AJ) Luker stayed with us all day, and Perry Hooper and his wife Judy joined us for the 7 PM rodeo show. We also got to visit with a lot of other candidates from various races. It’s always great to see everyone.

I was the only U.S. Senate candidate with a vendor booth, working hard to be among the people on both Friday and Saturday. As this primary election draws closer, I encourage you to vote for a man who works alongside his community, a man who will be with the people now and when he’s elected. This is our chance to make a real difference for the future of Alabama and our nation.
