On the road with the Walkers January 13, 2026

Wow, it has been a very busy day. Stacie and I started the morning at home before traveling to Huntsville, where we were welcomed at The Ledges by the Republican Women of Huntsville. They hosted a beautiful white tablecloth luncheon with approximately 200 people in attendance. We were able to speak about the issues facing our state and present our platform. Thank you so much for allowing us to be part of your event today.
We then left Huntsville and headed to Troy, Alabama, to attend the Pike County Cattlemen’s Association annual dinner. It was a huge crowd, with more than 300 people in attendance. We were given the opportunity to speak and present our platform to the wonderful cattlewomen and cattlemen present. Later, an auction was held to raise money for the scholarship fund. Thank you so much for allowing us to attend your event tonight. It was great seeing my old classmate, Michelle Jones Long, as well as many friends like Ed Whatley and Erin Beasley. I also want to take this opportunity to thank my many customers we saw who have purchased cattle trailers from us over the years. Thank you so much for your business.
After the event, Stacie and I returned home following a full day of traveling across this beautiful state of Alabama. I encourage you to elect a hardworking man-and-woman team as your next United States senator. Someone who is not afraid to get out, visit with the people, and listen to their concerns. The only choice is Rodney Walker!
